We carry out professional quality translations and in doing so, follow the mother tongue principle: Solely native speakers translate into the requested target language. Every translation is proofread before being delivered.

As an option, you can have a second native speaker check and rework the texts. This is particularly recommended for texts which are to be published and/or printed.

We work according to the standard DIN EN 15038. Whether it involves the translation of a contract into Spanish or the translation of technical documentation for a machine into Japanese: Our translation bureau provides services with the highest standards of quality. Therefore, please take into consideration that although the 4-eye principle is somewhat more expensive, it does however, achieve better results. Similar to a book, which is proofread by many editors before being published, translations should also be reworked by a second specialist translator.

For years now, the TÜV SÜD-Oktagon experts have been dealing with the quality - and the problems - of translations in line with the quality checks of instructions for use. Galbierz emphasises: "The manufacturer of the respective product is responsible for the translation of the user information“. Against the background of foreseeable "incorrect use", the Equipment and Product Safety Act (German: GPSG) demands precise instructions for use and warning notices from the manufacturers for their products. This requirement applies Europe-wide for all languages.

Our work is supported by TRADOS and SDLX. Consequently, terms are also used consistently in large-scale projects. Upon request, we can also create your own data bank and maintain your individual thesaurus. We can import lists with terms in advance as well as adopt them during the translation.

• Order acceptance via the Internet (online), email, fax or post: Irrespective of how you make your text available to us – we work with all formats.
• Conversion of documents: We can read and process virtually all documents. Whether you send us a PDF, MS-Excel, HTML pages, a fax or an image – we take care of the appropriate format.
• MS-Word, MS-Excel or MS-PowerPoint files are translated without us changing the format.
• Frame Maker: We can process this type of file without any problems.
• Web pages and HTML code: You can conveniently transfer your web pages to us using our HTML editor. We work in your design so that you do not have to waste time post-processing. You can of course also give us eBay auctions or shop items.
• Individual contact: Of course you can reach us at any time by phone. We would be more than happy to make you an individual offer.

• Delivery times: We are here for you - round the clock. You can always provide us with your translation assignments online. We translate standard texts within 24h however, within a maximum of 3 days.
• Large-scale projects: You determine the delivery date for large-scale projects. Using our more than 1,300 translators, we can also handle large-scale assignments with translator teams, which we assemble especially for you.
