The difference between ISO 17100 and ISO 9001
Translation processes and quality management.
The ISO-17100 certificate ensures that our translation processes in particular meet international standards. The ISO-9001 certificate guarantees that we continuously improve our processes specifically with our client’s requirements and our overall service quality in mind. But that’s not all: The main purpose of the certification, and the associated annual audit, is precisely to provide incentives for process optimisation and service improvement – by regularly measuring customer satisfaction as well as supplier and service quality.
