Translation quality: Our clients’ satisfaction is our top priority. As a translation agency, we therefore attach great importance to the quality assurance of our translations. How? For example, by way of well-organised processes, a high-calibre IT support, and the careful selection of our specialist translators.
Translation process: After a personal consultation, we review our client’s documents, specifically with an eye on client-specific terminology. All the necessary preliminary DTP work is then carried out, followed by the actual professional translation. The text is then proof-read, edited, and evaluated once again by a project manager.
Translation technology: Our translators and project managers use memoQ and TRADOS. That way, we ensure that especially technical terms and vocabulary are used consistently all the way through your documents – in fact, even across documents. On request, we can create a separate database for your terminology and maintain your individual term database. We can import lists of technical terms in advance and adopt them during the translation to speed up the process.
Clients: We specialise in various fields because our clients come from a wide range of industries and sectors. 23% of all DAX companies have their texts, documents and contracts translated by us. We are convinced this speaks to the quality of our services.
