High translation quality
Quality matters - and it can be measured.
Our clients’s satisfaction is our primary goal. A high translation quality is one of the best ways to achieve this goal. As a translation agency, we therefore attach great importance to quality assurance through well-organised and well-structured processes, a high-calibre IT support, and the careful selection of our specialist translators.
ISO 17100 certified
The gold standard for translation processes.
Since 2009, the translation agency DialogTicket and its translation services have been consistently certified. At first, we were compliant with the provisions of the European standard EN 15038, and then with the ISO 17100 standard that supersedes it. Most recently, we were certified by Austrian Standards. Our translation processes are monitored continuously. This is how and why we can give a quality promise: We will accomodate justified change requests and optimise your texts within a period of 24 months, until you are satisfied. If you wish a translation in accordance with ISO 17100, please state this in your enquiry. If you are not sure whether that is necessary or how it may benefit you and your texts, we will be happy to advise you!

What does the ISO 17100 standard cover?
Criteria for translation processes and translator qualifications.
ISO 17100 sets standards in the translation business that are valid throughout Europe. On the one hand, the criteria concern the processes applied by the translation agency. On the other hand, there are strict requirements that must be met when hiring translators and assigning them to particular projects. One example of the former is the mandatory review and, if need be, revision of a translation by a second language expert. If you commission a certified translation agency, you can thus expect a reliably high level of quality.
The mother tongue principle
Native speaker also grasp cultural differences.
The mother tongue principles is one of the many ways in which we guarantee a high translation quality: Only native speakers translate into the desired target language. If we have any questions about the source text, one of our multilingual, experienced project managers will contact you. You can also choose to have a second native speaker check and revise the translation of your texts, according to ISO 17100. This is particularly recommended for texts that are to be published and/or printed. This means that each translation is additionally proofread before delivery.
We can process a large variety of document types
Flexibility and competence: Why settle on less?
Order acceptance via email, mail, OCI, or client portal: No matter how you send us your documents, we can work with all standard formats and many rare ones.
Convert documents: We are able to read and process almost all documents. Whether you send us PDF, MS-Excel, HTML pages, a fax or a picture, we can extract the text and get the translation back into your file.
MS-Word, MS-Excel or MS-PowerPoint files are translated without us changing the format.
Frame Maker: Sure, no problem. We can work with this file type as well.
Websites and HTML code: You can easily hand over your web pages as an HTML file. eBay auctions or shop items can easily transferred as HTML files as well. Provided that you grant us access, we may even be able to implement our translations on your multilingual website (depending on your CMS).

Delivery times
Quick and reliable.
Delivery times: We are there for you around the clock. You can send us your enquiries and orders online any time. Often, we can deliver translations within 24 hours. Simply ask for an express translation. Many standard documents take up to three days. For larger text volumes it is easiest for us to view the document in order to give you and exact delivery date.
Large-scale translation projects: For large-scale projects, you still can set the completion date. However, if the text volume is very large but the deadline is tight, the only realistic option may be a post-editing of a machine translation. Sometimes, that means sacrificing quality. However, since we have over 2,000 translators in our network and can arrange for collaborations etc., we can often handle even large orders using native translators. Just get in touch with us and we can guide you through your options.
